TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: October 23, 2026

1. About OLIVET

OLIVET is operated by BVQ DIGITAL LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, United States.

Throughout these Terms of Service, “OLIVET,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BVQ DIGITAL LLC. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing our website or purchasing our products.

These Terms govern purchases from OLIVET and your use of this online store.

Business contact details:

BVQ DIGITAL LLC
8200 NW 41st Street, 2nd Floor
Doral, FL 33166
United States

Email: contact@olivet.com
Telephone: +1 (786) 833-9025

This business correspondence address is not an authorized product return address. Please follow our Return and Refund Policy before sending merchandise.

2. These Terms and Our Other Policies

Please review these Terms before placing an order. When these Terms are presented to you before purchase and you indicate your agreement through the ordering process, they form part of your purchase agreement with us.

The following policies also explain the conditions applicable to your purchase and personal information:

Our Return and Refund Policy governs the specific conditions for returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, and our Lifetime Guarantee. Our Shipping Policy governs shipping arrangements. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information; accepting these Terms does not replace any separate privacy or marketing consent required by law.

Nothing in these Terms reduces a specific commitment we make in those policies or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may save or print these Terms for your records.

3. Eligibility and Delivery Territory

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

OLIVET currently accepts orders for delivery to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden. Available destinations and shipping services are those supported at checkout.

We do not accept transactions prohibited by applicable law, including applicable sanctions and trade restrictions.

4. Product Information and Images

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, ring size information, and availability.

OLIVET pieces are either gold-plated or polished (silver-tone). They are not solid gold. The finish and available sizes of each piece are described on its product page.

Product images illustrate the merchandise offered. Screen settings and lighting may cause minor differences in how colors appear. Such differences do not excuse delivery of an incorrect product or a material discrepancy in its finish, material, size, construction, features, or other advertised characteristics.

Please review the product description, selected variant, and available size information before ordering. Chains, gift boxes, and other accessories shown in photographs are included only when expressly identified as part of the product. The gift box is an optional add-on priced at US$6.

If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, the remedies described in our Return and Refund Policy apply, together with your applicable legal rights.

We will not substitute a different product or variant without your agreement.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Other Charges

Store prices are set in United States dollars (USD). In our other markets, prices are displayed in your local currency, converted automatically. The order total and currency shown at checkout before you submit payment are those that apply to your order.

The product price, applicable discounts, shipping charges, and taxes and import duties collected by us, where applicable, are presented during checkout before you submit your order.

Any additional mandatory charge for which you will be responsible must be clearly disclosed before purchase. These Terms do not authorize undisclosed charges after you place an order.

Your bank or payment provider may independently charge fees under its agreement with you, such as currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. OLIVET does not set or collect those fees.

We may change prices for future purchases. A later price change does not increase the price of an existing order.

If an obvious pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue. We will not charge a corrected amount without your agreement. If the order cannot proceed, we will cancel the affected purchase and refund amounts collected for it, including associated taxes and shipping charges where applicable.

6. Promotions, Closing Sale, and the Reminder Fund

Promotional offers are subject to the conditions disclosed with the offer, including any eligibility requirements, expiration date, or restrictions on combining discounts.

The Last Advent closing sale. OLIVET is closing. From October 21, 2026 until December 24, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, closing prices are applied automatically, with no code, based on the number of pieces in your cart, mixed across the store: 10% off with 1 piece, 20% off with 2 pieces, and 30% off with 3 or more pieces. The tiers do not stack: one tier applies to the order. The optional gift box is never discounted and does not count as a piece. The complete conditions are in Section 10 of our Return and Refund Policy.

Store closing. The store closes permanently when the sale ends on December 24, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, and no new orders can be placed after that time. For orders already placed, the Lifetime Guarantee, returns, and customer support continue after the store closes.

The Reminder Fund. For each paid order placed from October 21, 2026 through December 24, 2026 that is not canceled or fully refunded, we commit US$1 to the Reminder Fund, for crosses and verse cards given out by hospital and prison chaplains. The amount is set aside by us and is not added to the price you pay. This is a commitment, not a donation already made. No chaplaincy, charity, or other organization is a partner of OLIVET or endorses this commitment. We will publish a report on the Reminder Fund in January 2027.

Apart from the closing sale terms above, we may change or end a promotion for future orders.

Promotional conditions cannot retroactively change an order already placed.

Discounted merchandise remains eligible for returns under our Return and Refund Policy. A discount alone does not make an item a final sale.

Refunds reflect the amount actually paid after applicable discounts, together with refundable taxes and shipping charges as described in that policy.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under the conditions presented at checkout.

An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. We accept your order when we dispatch the products or send an express acceptance confirmation, whichever occurs first.

This distinction does not postpone our shipping, cancellation, or refund obligations under applicable law. Advertised processing periods begin when we receive your properly completed order, including the information and payment authorization necessary to fulfill it.

We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including:

  • Product unavailability.
  • An obvious pricing or material listing error.
  • An unsupported delivery address.
  • Payment failure or reasonable indications of unauthorized payment.
  • A transaction prohibited by law.

Where verification is reasonably necessary, we may contact you for information relevant to resolving the issue. We will not request your password or complete payment card security credentials by email.

If we cancel an entire order, we will refund all amounts collected for that order. If only part of an order is canceled, we will explain the adjustment and refund the canceled items and associated charges as applicable. We will not add a new shipping charge without your agreement.

8. Payments and One-Time Purchases

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment authorization and processing are handled through the payment services available for your order.

You authorize collection of the total disclosed at checkout using the payment method you select. We may receive transaction information necessary to process, verify, fulfill, and support your purchase, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Purchases under these Terms are one-time purchases. Placing an order does not enroll you in a paid membership, subscription, or automatic renewal program.

Any future recurring-payment service would require separate disclosure and your express agreement before recurring charges begin.

9. Processing and Shipping

Our standard estimated order timeline is:

  • Order processing: 3–5 business days after receipt of a properly completed order.
  • Transit: 7–12 business days after dispatch.
  • Estimated combined timeframe: 10–17 business days.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable public holidays. Any different timeframe for a particular product or shipping service must be disclosed before purchase.

Processing and transit are separate periods. Creating a shipping label does not, by itself, mean the package has been handed to the carrier.

Orders are prepared and dispatched, with tracking, from our partner workshop in China. Our United States business address does not indicate that products are stored or dispatched from that location.

Standard tracked shipping is free on orders with a subtotal of US$50 or more after discounts. Below that amount, a standard shipping charge of US$4.95 applies, shown in your local currency at checkout. This is displayed at checkout and explained in our Shipping Policy.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide the notice and cancellation or consent options required by the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. When cancellation and a refund are required, we will provide them promptly.

Carrier delays do not eliminate your applicable rights or our responsibility to assist with an undelivered order.

10. Delivery Information and Missing Packages

Please check your delivery address before submitting your order. Contact contact@olivet.com promptly if you identify an error.

We will attempt to accommodate a correction before dispatch, but a change may no longer be possible once fulfillment has progressed.

If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. A delivery scan alone does not automatically resolve a non-receipt complaint.

We may request reasonable information to investigate a missing shipment. We will explain the outcome and provide the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law.

Any proposed charge for reshipping following a customer-provided address error must be explained and agreed to in advance.

11. Cancellations and Order Changes

Contact contact@olivet.com as soon as possible to request cancellation or a change.

We will cancel or amend the order when we can still stop or adjust fulfillment. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment has progressed.

If we confirm cancellation of an entire order before dispatch, we will refund the full amount paid, including shipping charges and applicable taxes.

If ordinary cancellation is no longer possible, the Return and Refund Policy applies after delivery. This does not restrict cancellation or refund rights arising from delayed shipment, non-delivery, or other applicable legal protections.

12. Returns, Refunds, and Lifetime Guarantee

Our Return and Refund Policy provides the complete eligibility requirements and procedures. Its principal conditions include:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery, and pieces must be unworn.
  • We respond to return requests and Lifetime Guarantee claims within 2 business days.
  • Eligible, approved refunds for physical items with a net item value of US$50 or less do not require physical return. Digital items, such as gift cards, are not included.
  • Net item value means the amount paid for the item after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping. Sets sold as one item are assessed as one item; separately purchased units are assessed individually.
  • Physical items above US$50 may require return to an authorized address, which may be in China.
  • Return shipping is free. When a return requires shipment, OLIVET provides a prepaid return label, whatever the reason for the return.
  • If we cannot arrange an appropriate prepaid return, we resolve the approved request without requiring you to fund that return.
  • If we cannot provide an authorized receiving address for an approved return, we waive physical return rather than hold the refund indefinitely.
  • When a return is required, the item must be dispatched within 30 calendar days after complete return instructions are provided.
  • We charge no restocking fee, and closing-sale items remain eligible.
  • A ring in the wrong size can be exchanged for another size of the same ring. Other exchanges are handled through a return and a separate new purchase while the store is open.
  • Our Lifetime Guarantee covers fading, tarnish, and skin marks in normal wear, and chains, clasps, or jump rings that fail in normal wear, by replacing the piece. It does not expire and requires no registration, only your order number. It does not cover loss, theft, deep scratches, or damage from cutting or bending.

For physical returns, inspection takes up to 5 business days after receipt, followed by refund issuance within 5 business days after approval.

For refunds without physical return, review takes up to 5 business days after we receive the information reasonably needed, followed by issuance within 5 business days after approval. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

If your order shipped free, there is no outbound shipping charge to deduct from a refund, and we do not retroactively charge for it. If your order paid the standard shipping charge, the Return and Refund Policy explains when it is refundable.

The 30-day voluntary return window does not eliminate remedies available under applicable law.

13. Accounts and Website Security

If you create an account, keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

You must not:

  • Use the website for fraud or another unlawful purpose.
  • Access accounts, systems, or personal information without authorization.
  • Introduce malicious code or interfere with website operation.
  • Circumvent security controls.
  • Use automated tools to extract protected information or materially disrupt the service.
  • Impersonate another person or submit deliberately false transaction information.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a security threat or material misuse. Such restrictions do not cancel valid refund obligations or prevent you from contacting us about an existing order.

14. Intellectual Property

Website branding, original text, graphics, photographs, and other protected content belong to OLIVET or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access the website and save relevant product information, order records, and policies for personal use.

Commercial reproduction or exploitation of protected content requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law permits the use.

Nothing in these Terms restricts lawful quotation, fair use, honest reviews, or other legally protected activity.

15. Reviews and Customer Submissions

You may share honest opinions about OLIVET and its products, including negative reviews. We do not require favorable feedback as a condition of a refund, a Lifetime Guarantee replacement, or other remedy.

You retain ownership of content you submit.

When you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, or other content for public display on our website, you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content for that purpose. This permission does not transfer ownership or automatically authorize use of your name or image in unrelated advertising.

You should submit only content you have the right to share and avoid including another person’s confidential or personal information.

We may moderate unlawful content, threats, harassment, spam, private information, or content unrelated to the relevant product or experience. We do not remove a review merely because it is critical or unfavorable.

16. Privacy and Communications

Our Privacy Policy explains the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information and the choices available to you.

We may send communications necessary to administer your order, including confirmations, shipment updates, support responses, and refund notices.

Placing an order does not waive your privacy rights or provide consent for marketing where separate consent is required.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent communications necessary to service an existing purchase.

For privacy requests, contact contact@olivet.com. Using the subject line “Privacy Request” helps us identify your message but is not required.

17. Shopify and Third-Party Services

Our online store uses Shopify’s ecommerce platform and other service providers for functions such as payment processing, delivery, and order tracking.

BVQ DIGITAL LLC is the seller responsible for your OLIVET purchase. The use of external providers does not remove our obligations to you.

Independent services you choose to use, such as a digital wallet or financing provider, may have separate terms governing that service. Those terms do not replace OLIVET’s obligations concerning the goods you purchase.

Links to third-party websites do not constitute a guarantee of their content or services.

18. Product Rights and Website Availability

We remain responsible for the product descriptions and express commitments we make, together with warranties and remedies imposed by applicable law.

Lifetime Guarantee. Our express commitments include the Lifetime Guarantee described in Section 9 of our Return and Refund Policy. It continues after the store closes and is in addition to your rights under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or disclaims any applicable implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or any other warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We aim to maintain a functioning website, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, or events outside our reasonable control.

A website interruption, including the closing of the store, does not extinguish rights relating to an existing order. You may contact us by email or telephone if you cannot access the website.

19. Responsibility and Events Outside Our Control

Each party remains responsible for its conduct to the extent provided by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

These Terms do not cap or eliminate amounts owed for an approved refund or prevent a legally available remedy for defective, misdescribed, or undelivered merchandise.

Events outside our reasonable control may affect performance. If that occurs, we will take reasonable steps to communicate the effect and address the order.

Such an event does not permit us to retain payment for merchandise we cannot supply or disregard applicable shipment-delay, cancellation, or refund requirements.

20. Disputes and Applicable Law

Please contact contact@olivet.com if you have a concern. We welcome the opportunity to resolve it directly.

Contacting us first is encouraged, but is not a condition for exercising a legal right, submitting a complaint to a regulator, or using a payment dispute process.

These Terms and your purchase are subject to applicable United States federal law and the state law determined by applicable conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections available to you remain in effect, including applicable protections in your state, province, or country of residence.

These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or contain a waiver of class actions, jury trial rights, or access to small claims court.

A dispute may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not require an exclusive out-of-state forum.

21. Changes and General Provisions

We may update these Terms for future transactions. Updated versions will display a revised date, and we will provide any additional notice or obtain agreement required by law for material changes.

The version applicable when you place your order continues to govern that purchase unless you expressly agree to a lawful change. A later website update does not retroactively reduce your rights.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, the applicable purchase details, and the policies expressly referenced here describe the agreement concerning your purchase. They do not exclude material representations made before purchase or rights and remedies available under applicable law.
